The Role: Execute, Coordinate, and Scale</h3>
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be the engine room of our project execution. Working alongside our Senior Project Managers, you will touch every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring our rapid growth never compromises our legendary quality.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Core Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>
Project Force Multiplier: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing high-complexity system integration projects from kickoff to close-out.</li><li>
Resource Optimization: Drive the coordination of scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation to keep projects lean and fast.</li><li>
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project &quot;potholes&quot; and resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets.</li><li>
Communication Hub: Facilitate high-stakes communication between internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and high-profile clients.</li><li>
Master of Documentation: Own the project's &quot;paper trail&quot;&mdash;from submittals and change orders to progress reports and technical instrumentation procurement.</li><li>
Leadership in Training: Represent the Project Manager in high-level review meetings and contribute to a culture of shared accountability and results.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Qualifications for Success</h3><ul><li>
The Experience: 3-5 years of project management or systems integration experience (Construction, Automation, or Controls industry is a major plus).</li><li>
The Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (Preferred).</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skill with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Communication: Top-tier interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and persuade stakeholders.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
