Qualifications</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent job industry related experience in hospice or healthcare sales setting.
</div></li><li><div>At least three (3) years experience in health care marketing preferably in hospice or home healthcare operations or healthcare sales setting.
</div></li><li><div>Demonstrated ability to support professional and administrative personnel.
</div></li><li><div>Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
</div></li><li><div>Knowledge of corporate business management.
</div></li><li><div>Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
</div></li><li><div>Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
</div></li></ul><p></p><div><div><b>Responsibilities
</b></div></div><ul><li><div>Manages all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>Assures, understands, and adheres to all laws, statutes and regulations regarding anti-kickback, lawful marketing activities (gifts and services), patient solicitation, and accurate marketing materials.
</div></li><li><div>Demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others.
</div></li><li><div>Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.
</div></li><li><div>Serves as a liaison between the agency, physicians, facilities, referral sources, and hospitals in the community.
</div></li><li><div>Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
</div></li><li><div>Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
</div></li><li><div>Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
</div></li><li><div>Distributes information materials and participates in related promotional activities.
</div></li><li><div>Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.</div></li><li><div>
Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Seva Hospice markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor&rsquo;s market positioning. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
</div></li><li><div>Achieves and maintains monthly goals as set by Supervisor.</div></li></ul></div>
