Our products fall under various categories such as Lifestyle, Productivity and Utilities - they are downloaded, loved and rated highly by 10M+ users worldwide.
Requirements<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in designing user interfaces, with a strong focus on cross-platform design for iOS, Android, and Web applications.</li>
<li>Well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques</li>
<li>Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and research techniques</li>
<li>Experience creating user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes</li>
<li>Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, design trends, tools, and methods</li>
<li>Proficiency in creating pixel-perfect design files and interactive prototypes</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining design systems for enterprise-level products</li>
<li>Ability to develop scalable UI components and design patterns</li>
<li>Experience creating custom icons and illustrations to enhance the user experience</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex problems into elegant and user-friendly solutions</li>
<li>Strong collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution</li>
<li>Must have strong expertise in design and prototyping tools&mdash;Figma and Adobe Illustrator are required.</li>

UI/UX Designer (On-site)

What you'll be doing:<ul>
<li>Developing and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.</li>
<li>Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to meet growth targets.</li>
<li>Conducting A/B tests to identify effective marketing strategies and tactics.</li>
<li>Collaborating with the design team to create compelling ad creatives.</li>
<li>Tracking user data and building comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.</li>
<li>Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge. 
 
**This is a full on-site position in Levent.**

<li>Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in user acquisition for mobile apps.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and any other relevant advertising tools.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.</li>
<li>A background in app marketing is a plus.</li>

Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile Apps - Onsite)

<div>Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Build and enhance internal tools using Retool, Airtable, n8n, Strapi, and Firebase,</li>
<li>Automate workflows and processes using Python and Node.js, with exposure to AWS Lambda and other serverless solutions,</li>
<li>Collaborate with the backend team to integrate and optimize internal systems,</li>
<li>Document and share learnings through &quot;how-to&quot; guides, and test/improve tools based on team feedback,</li>
<li>Research and prototype new automation frameworks, exploring emerging technologies.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,</li>
<li>No prior professional experience required: personal, academic, internship, open-source projects, or other job experience all count, while prior industry experience is a plus,</li>
<li>Familiarity with Python or Node.js, and exposure to internal tool platforms such as Retool, Airtable, n8n, Strapi. Experience with Next.js or backend frameworks like Python FastAPI is a plus,</li>
<li>Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud based automation is a plus but not required,</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving mindset, effective communication, curiosity, and comfort asking questions,</li>
<li>Fluency in English, both verbal and written,</li>
<li>Ability to work on-site for five days during the summer break, and at least three days during the academic year,</li>
