Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and designs for print (brochures, flyers, banners, posters) and digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, online advertisements).</li><li>Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the hotels brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, fonts, and logo usage across all marketing materials.</li><li>Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and events teams to create visual assets for promotions, events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Photography &amp; Editing: Assist in selecting or taking photographs and editing them for use in marketing collateral.</li><li>Social Media Content: Create captivating designs for the hotels social media profiles, including banners, advertisements, posts, and stories.</li><li>Website &amp; Digital Assets: Design assets for the hotel&rsquo;s website, including banner ads, promotional graphics, and email templates.</li><li>Campaign Design: Support the marketing team in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.</li><li>Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors (printers, digital agencies) to ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery of materials.</li><li>Feedback Incorporation: Take feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to revise and improve designs as needed.</li><li>Monitor Design Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the brand's visual presence.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Some flexibility with working hours, including potential for weekend and evening work depending on hotel events and deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,274.99 - &#8377;36,018.65 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current/ast drawn salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
