We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Executive to coordinate with outsourced agencies for content creation and manage the hotel&rsquo;s social media presence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with outsourced marketing and content agencies for timely delivery of reels, posts, and promotional creatives.</li><li>Oversee daily social media content planning, posting, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Assist in developing marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.</li><li>Monitor social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms and marketing materials.</li><li>Support in event coverage, photoshoots, and content approvals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments for gathering content, approvals, and updates.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (hospitality preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy.</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage timelines, agencies, and fast-paced marketing deliverables.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
