Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our Company. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in real-world accounting and financial practices across multiple entities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Maintain financial documentation in an organized and secure manner</li><li>Monitor and track expenses, payments, and outstanding balances with timely follow-ups</li><li>Maintain separate accounting records and financial reports for different entities</li><li>Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Recently completed or currently following a Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>0&ndash;1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)</li><li>Understanding of accounting principles and administration work</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong communication and time management abilities (Hindi and English speakers are preferable)</li><li>Having your own visa is a must (Visa will be not provided)</li></ul>What You Will Gain:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in an accounting department</li><li>Exposure to real-world financial operations and reporting</li><li>Mentorship from experienced accounting professionals</li><li>Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: From AED1,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current Visa status?</li><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>
