We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator cum Graphic Designer to join our team and help us enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and coordinate social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company&rsquo;s brand and ongoing projects.</li><li>Design creative and visually appealing graphics, presentations, and advertisements for social media and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Create and manage paid social media ad campaigns to boost brand visibility and reach.</li><li>Visit project sites to capture work-in-progress photos and videos as well as completed project showcases for content creation.</li><li>Collaborate with the management and project teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator / Graphic Designer (preferably in the construction, architecture, or interior fit-out industry).</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, etc.).</li><li>Experience in photography and videography (basic editing skills preferred).</li><li>Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License is preferred (for site visits).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.</li><li>Knowledge of paid ad management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).</li><li>Experience in producing reels, short-form videos, and engaging project presentations.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience).</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious interior fit-out projects across the UAE.</li><li>Growth-oriented and creative working environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>
