Job OverviewSeven Ventures Group and Mister Postman are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative and Executive Support Coordinator to provide direct support to the Founder and assist with daily business operations.This is a five-day hybrid position consisting of:<ul><li>Two days per week providing reception and administrative support at a professional office space</li><li>One day per week supporting Mister Postman, a coworking space in Renton</li><li>Two days per week working remotely on administrative and executive support tasks</li></ul>The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and able to manage responsibilities across multiple businesses and locations.Key Responsibilities:Office Reception Support<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, tenants, and vendors professionally</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls</li><li>Manage appointments, visitor access, mail, packages, and deliveries</li><li>Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area</li><li>Assist with office supplies, filing, scanning, and general administrative needs</li></ul>Mister Postman Coworking Support<ul><li>Welcome members, visitors, and prospective clients</li><li>Assist with tours, meeting room reservations, and general inquiries</li><li>Receive, organize, and distribute member mail and packages</li><li>Support business address customers and coworking members</li><li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment</li><li>Assist with events, workshops, and member onboarding when needed</li></ul>Executive and Remote Support<ul><li>Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders for the Founder</li><li>Draft and proofread emails, documents, reports, and correspondence</li><li>Complete data entry and maintain organized digital records</li><li>Track projects, deadlines, invoices, and follow-up items</li><li>Assist with client, vendor, and partner communication</li><li>Conduct research and support special projects</li><li>Provide basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks support when needed</li><li>Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in administrative support, reception, customer service, office management, or executive assistance</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Professional phone and customer service etiquette</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required</li><li>Reliable transportation for scheduled on-site work</li><li>Comfortable learning new systems and supporting multiple business operations</li></ul>The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, professional, and interested in supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community-focused work.Pay: From $3,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Bellevue, WA 98015
