We&rsquo;re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive who can assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are well executed, monitored daily, and deliver strong ROI.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, CTW).</li><li>Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and budget allocation as per campaign goals.</li><li>Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI).</li><li>Create and manage ad copies, basic creatives, and landing page briefs for the design team.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for campaign creatives, approvals, and reporting.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues proactively.</li><li>Stay updated with latest digital ad trends, tools, and bidding strategies.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>0&ndash;1.5 years of experience in Google &amp; Meta Ads campaign management (internship/freelance/agency experience preferred).</li><li>Basic understanding of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Analytics.</li><li>Knowledge of campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and ad optimization techniques.</li><li>Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking and reports.</li><li>Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (optional but preferred).</li><li>Detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn advanced campaign strategies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>PPC Campaign Management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
