Job Ad &ndash; Fashion Designer for Mthalath BoutiqueCompany: Mthalath Boutique LLC Location: Shop 7 &amp; 8, Ground Floor, Wasl Square, Al Safa First, Dubai Type: Full-Time (Saturday &ndash; Thursday, 10:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM)Mthalath Boutique is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our boutique team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands modern trends, and can turn ideas into beautiful, wearable pieces.Must be a womanKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop seasonal collections and new styles aligned with the boutique&rsquo;s brand identity.</li><li>Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts for women&rsquo;s fashion and boutique collections.</li><li>Select fabrics, trims, colors, and details suitable for the designs and target customers.</li><li>Work closely with tailors/pattern makers to ensure accurate pattern cutting, fitting, and finishing.</li><li>Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and ensure high-quality final production.</li><li>Coordinate with the shop team to understand customer preferences and best-selling styles.</li><li>Manage design timelines and support product launches for Ramadan, Eid, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Maintain design records (spec sheets, measurements, fabric references) and ensure consistency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (boutique, atelier, or ready-to-wear experience preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, pattern cutting, and garment construction.</li><li>Ability to sketch designs and communicate ideas clearly (manual or digital).</li><li>Strong attention to detail, creativity, and trend awareness.</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to work full-time on-site.</li><li>Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.) is a plus.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with housing and transport allowance.</li><li>Basic medical insurance coverage.</li><li>60 days paid vacation after two years of employment.</li><li>Supportive and creative work environment.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV and portfolio (if available) via WhatsApp: 058-5944196 or email with the subject line: &ldquo;Application &ndash; Fashion Designer&rdquo;Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
