<div>E-Commerce Manager 
 We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth, lead our digital marketing strategy, and optimize the customer experience. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on marketing execution, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, product-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, and content to drive qualified traffic and conversions.</li><li>
Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s eCommerce and marketing growth strategy to hit online revenue targets.</li><li>
Track KPIs, analyze marketing and sales performance, and present results to leadership.</li><li>
Oversee eCommerce platform performance, UX, and product presentation.</li><li>
Align online marketing and sales with offline sales initiatives.</li><li>
Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and PIM systems.</li><li>
Lead and mentor internal marketing and digital teams, plus external agencies.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in a manager-level role.</li><li>
Proven success in SEO, PPC, and performance-based marketing for product-based businesses.</li><li>
Experience with platforms like Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.</li><li>
Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.</li><li>
Comfortable collaborating with IT, sales, marketing, and operations teams.</li><li>
Organized, adaptable, and hands-on in both strategy and execution.</li></ul>
Work Schedule:<ul><li>
In person, office based in Dixon, IL.</li><li>
Some travel required</li><li>
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm</li></ul>
