 As a
 
 Bartender
 
 , you play a key role in creating a refined and welcoming bar experience for our members and guests. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages with precision, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Your ability to engage members, manage the bar efficiently, and maintain impeccable standards contributes to the elevated service experience expected in a private club environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet members and guests promptly and professionally at the bar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club recipes and service standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately process orders and payments while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor member and guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for special events, banquets, and private functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as club policies and procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar beverage service role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to member service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items up to 30 pounds.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current alcohol service certification preferred.
