</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Do as a Landscape Crew Member</h3>

As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our installation team, delivering quality work and exceeding client expectations. Key responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and softscape features
</li>
<li>Build and maintain patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscapes
</li>
<li>Set up irrigation systems and conduct minor repairs
</li>
<li>Install and maintain outdoor lighting systems
</li>
<li>Operate skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and landscaping tools
</li>
<li>Prep soil, grade sites, and ensure proper drainage
</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean worksite
</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Landscape Crew Members to meet timelines and exceed expectations
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Skills &amp; Experience of a Great Landscape Crew Member</h3>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years in landscape installation preferred
</li>
<li>Proficiency in power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment
</li>
<li>Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and carry 50+ lbs
</li>
<li>Team mindset and ability to follow direction
</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for working outdoors in all weather conditions
</li>
