We continuously seek out individuals who are talented, ambitious, and motivated to become part of our team.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, and diesel engines.</li><li>Utilize schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and hand tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, wheel balancing, and general mechanical repairs.</li><li>Repair or replace components using power tools and welding equipment as needed.</li><li>Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Assist in training junior technicians and providing technical guidance when necessary.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of repairs performed using auto estimating software.</li><li>Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS systems and electrical systems.</li></ul>What You'll Bring with You:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in the automotive industry (store management experience preferred)</li><li>Proven experience as a Lead Service Technician or Master Technician.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Proficiency with schematics, automotive repair tools, power tools, and welding equipment.</li><li>Experience with GM vehicles and diesel engine repair preferred.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>ASE certifications or equivalent are highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
