Your attention to detail and expertise in painting techniques will contribute to creating a clean and visually appealing environment for our clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks.</li><li>Select appropriate paint and materials for each project.</li><li>Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to protect and enhance surfaces.</li><li>Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint.</li><li>Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and coated for long-lasting results.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.</li><li>Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a facilities management or construction environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.</li><li>Ability to accurately mix and match paint colors.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to painting.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.</li><li>Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and working in various positions.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>If you are a skilled Painter looking to join a dynamic facilities management company, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:<ul><li>Keeping the office clean and tidy by performing daily cleaning tasks, including damp dusting furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms.</li><li>Serving tea and coffee to staff and office visitors and ensuring that the office kitchen is clean and well-stocked.</li><li>Disposing of trash, waste, and other disposable materials in a timely and responsible manner.</li><li>Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Handling queries and requests from visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment and scheduling maintenance visits as necessary.</li><li>Ensuring safety precautions are taken during all housekeeping services.</li><li>Maintaining a neat and clean personal appearance at all times.</li><li>Being able to move outside the office for any kind of task directed to him/her.</li><li>Demonstrating a positive attitude, attentiveness, and a responsible approach to work.</li><li>Handling electronic files and papers and providing assistance with word processing when necessary.</li><li>Assisting with menial office tasks as required by the office staff.</li><li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the office premises and pantry area.</li><li>Performing other duties as required by management.</li></ul>To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:<ul><li>A high school / diploma preferable.</li><li>1-2 Year experience as an office assistant or in a related field.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and communicate effectively.</li><li>A warm and friendly personality and great communication skills.</li><li>The ability to work well under limited supervision.</li><li>A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>A neat and clean personal appearance, with attention to detail and good hygiene practices.</li></ul>Note:<ul><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai Healthcare City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>office aide: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
