Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrivals</li><li>
Verify travel documents and process boarding passes accurately</li><li>
Answer questions and offer directions in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese</li><li>
Communicate clearly and respectfully with travelers and airline personnel</li><li>
Support the overall flow of passenger operations within the terminal</li><li>
Deliver consistent, courteous service under pressure in a dynamic airport setting</li><li>
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high service standards</li><li>
Uphold airline policies and ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Fluent in <b>English and Mandarin or Cantonese</b> (required)</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>
Computer literacy and accurate data entry</li><li>
Calm, solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure situations</li><li>
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods</li><li>
Willingness to attend <b>5 days of required computer training</b></li><li>
Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>
