<ul><li>Vendor Onboarding &amp; Off Boarding Process.</li><li>Basic Principle of Purchasing.</li><li>Depth knowledge of the source-to-pay process.</li><li>Knowledge of vendor and their commodity.</li><li>Vendor Agreement, NDA, and the clauses.</li><li>Key Performance Indicator of Purchase.</li><li>Knowledge of Risk and Contingency Plan.</li><li>Ensure deliverables by vendor meets the expected quality standards.</li><li>Should handle all the material purchases.</li><li>Expediting the delivery of material to make sure the suppliers deliver the material within promised delivery time.</li><li>Maintaining all purchase-related data and creating MIS reports on purchases as needed.</li><li>Should have strong knowledge of vendor management and supply chain management.</li><li>Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies for the cost-effective acquisition of materials/services to meet the required needs.</li><li>Search and source potential suppliers/ vendors.</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality.</li><li>Work collaboratively with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments relating to the ordering of materials, services and supplies for the company.</li><li>Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions.</li><li>Prepare budget for procurement of materials required for the project and measure budgeted vs actual cost.</li><li>Provide updated reports to top Management.</li><li>Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the Sales and Design and teams for product availability, lead times, and cost roadmaps for key materials.</li><li>Keep records of materials under warranty and ensure timely repair/replacement of faulty items.</li><li>Monitor and measure suppliers performance and re-evaluation.</li><li>Maintain database of approved suppliers/vendors with price list and negotiated rates.</li><li>On Time Delivery based on ERP NBD and GRN details.</li><li>Delivery before due date (Early delivery) based on GRN details.</li><li>Delivery after due date (Late delivery) based on GRN details.</li><li>Inventory Turns based on monthly stock and sales.</li><li>New Supplier Addition (Raw material) on SharePoint.</li><li>Cost Saving on PO release.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
