We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer (Health, Safety &amp; Environment) to help maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment across our project sites.If you are passionate about workplace safety, risk prevention, and continuous improvement, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic industrial setting.Benefits<ul><li>Accommodation or housing allowance provided</li><li>Transportation support</li><li>Annual leave and air ticket allowance</li><li>Career development and training opportunities</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance standards</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and hazard identification</li><li>Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards</li><li>Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports</li><li>Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and contractors</li><li>Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of HSE experience in construction, oil &amp; gas, or industrial environments</li><li>Recognized HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety systems</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul>About the CompanySG 369 Industrial Services LLC provides engineering, procurement, logistics, and technical support services to industrial and infrastructure projects in Oman.
