What You&rsquo;ll Own<ul><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume retail environment.</li><li>
Direct and coordinate consultants and internal production teams.</li><li>
Develop and review construction documents aligned with design intent.</li><li>
Oversee schedules, deliverables, and quality control.</li><li>
Contribute to process improvements and program efficiency.</li><li>
Ensure execution excellence from concept through construction.</li></ul>
What You Bring
We are hiring at multiple career levels<ul><li>
3 &ndash; 10+ years of architectural experience (retail or volume building strongly preferred).</li><li>
Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent technical training.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>
Confidence communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</li></ul>

Architectural Project Manager

<div>This is a remote role that requires a residence in the Denver area. Candidate will report to the office twice a month on scheduled days, typically one day per week, every other week.
SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in Denver as an Architectural Designer. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with other design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects.
Job Functions / Responsibilities<ul><li>
Construction Document Production - Works with team members and the client to develop detailed construction documents that align with design intent and implement the assigned scope of work.</li><li>
Program Management &ndash; Develops effective relationships with the client, consultants and SGA team members in order to provide exceptional service and build a strong program.</li><li>
Project Management &amp; Scheduling - Effectively manages own client projects and coordinates project scheduling for the team.</li><li>
Quality Control &ndash; Review documents for accuracy and completeness.</li></ul>
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design or formal program of CAD/Revit training. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: 5+ years, with volume building experience highly preferred. Previous experience in a team focused environment is valued.
Technical Skills: Experience designing and developing construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit required.
