We are looking for an energetic and experienced Manager | BDO who can take charge of both Sales and Operations departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business growth, client management, and team leadership &mdash; preferably from the Aluminium Windows, UPVC, or Building Materials industry.This is a key leadership role where you&rsquo;ll drive business expansion while ensuring seamless project and operations management.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent follow-ups and satisfaction.</li><li>Handle quotations, pricing negotiations, and final closures confidently.</li><li>Conduct site visits, networking, and lead generation activities.</li><li>Track market trends, competitor movements, and business opportunities.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of sales and project teams.</li><li>Plan and monitor project progress, ensuring timely material delivery and quality control.</li><li>Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.</li><li>Manage cost control, inventory, and departmental performance.</li><li>Prepare regular reports, review team efficiency, and execute daily action plans.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Operations Management.</li><li>Preferably from the Aluminium Windows / UPVC / Construction / Building Materials sector.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple teams and meet targets effectively.</li><li>Plus two , Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and project coordination.</li><li>Candidate with PMC experience preferred.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary up to &#8377;35,000 per month</li><li>Attractive performance-based incentives</li><li>Fast-track career growth to senior management positions</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li></ul>Why Join Us?Be part of a growing Aluminium Windows company where you&rsquo;ll lead both the sales success and operational excellence.
