<ul><li>5.5 days</li><li>UK shift</li><li>UK bank holidays</li><li>3 months probation</li><li>yearly increment based on performance</li></ul>Job Summary:Responsible for coordinating van maintenance activities by tracking issues reported by drivers, updating records, communicating with mechanics, and managing required parts and materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and record maintenance issues reported by drivers.</li><li>Prepare and update maintenance sheets/reports in Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Take daily updates from mechanics on repair status.</li><li>Order and manage parts, tools, and materials needed for repairs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle status.</li><li>Ensure timely communication between drivers, mechanics, and management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (preferred).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
