Position Overview
The Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks to join and fabricate metal components according to project specifications and blueprints. This role involves operating MIG welding equipment, ensuring precision through accurate measurements and layout.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform welding tasks to join and fabricate metal parts, following project specifications and blueprints.</li><li>Operate MIG welding equipment and tools to create strong and durable welds.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and guidelines to protect yourself and others while working with MIG welding equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and team members to plan and execute welding projects eﬃciently.</li><li>Measure and mark workpieces using precision instruments, including a tape measure and layout tools, to achieve precise products.</li><li>Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly to ensure safety and longevity.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables by completing welding tasks within the specified timeframes.</li><li>Pass welding certification tests to demonstrate the ability to perform high-quality MIG welding.</li><li>Any other action deemed reasonable or significant by management.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.</li><li>Certification in MIG welding processes is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.</li><li>Knowledge of MIG welding techniques and various types of metals, including aluminum and steel.</li><li>Ability to use a tape measure and other precision measuring tools accurately.</li><li>Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle MIG welding equipment and materials.</li><li>Commitment to safety procedures and guidelines while working with MIG welding equipment.</li><li>Eﬀective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and understand project requirements.</li><li>Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot welding issues and discrepancies.</li><li>Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50-75 lbs. independently and heavier loads with team assistance.</li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, climb, and reach regularly throughout the workday.</li><li>Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to safely operate tools and equipment.</li><li>Ability to work on platforms, scaffolding, and lifts, while adhering to fall-protection.</li><li>Stamina to perform physical tasks for extended periods, often in fast-paced or time-sensitive environments.</li><li>Ability to work in varied conditions, including indoor warehouse environments and outdoor job sites, sometimes in inclement weather.</li><li>Must be able to wear and properly use all required PPE (personal protective equipment), including safety steel toe shoes, welding shields, eye protection, helmets, and gloves.</li></ul>
Working Conditions
This position is performed in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations, frequent exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment. Shift schedules may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends depending on business needs.</div>

Job Title: Industrial Painter/ Backup Driver
Department: Rental Operations

Location: N. Las Vegas, NV Reports To: Warehouse and Transportation Manager 
Position Summary
The Industrial Painter/Backup Driver is primarily responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing aluminum trusses, metal bins, and other metal products using industrial spray-painting techniques. This position ensures painted products meet quality standards through proper surface preparation, coating application, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. As needed, this position serves as a backup box truck driver, supporting local deliveries and pickups, assisting with loading and unloading, maintaining delivery documentation, and ensuring safe and professional transportation operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working effectively in both warehouse and transportation environments. 
Key Responsibilities as a Painter<ul><li>Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, degreasing, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or old coatings.</li><li>Mask and protect areas that should not be painted.</li><li>Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings using spray-painting equipment.</li><li>Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, pumps, and other painting equipment.</li><li>Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage, color consistency, and quality standards.</li><li>Touch up painted surfaces as needed.</li><li>Monitor paint inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized paint area and work environment.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures related to painting operations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Dispose of paint waste and cleaning materials according to environmental and company regulations.</li><li>Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.</li></ul> 
Key Responsibilities as a Driver<ul><li>Safely operate a box truck to make local deliveries and pickups in accordance with established schedules.</li><li>Plan and execute efficient delivery and pickup routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed, ensuring all items are properly secured for transport.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, obtaining signatures and documenting discrepancies.</li><li>Communicate promptly with the Logistics Manager regarding challenges or schedule changes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards at all times.</li><li>Perform routine inspections of the box truck, reporting maintenance issues promptly.</li><li>Respond professionally to customer inquiries or concerns during deliveries.</li><li>Support other reasonable tasks assigned by management to enhance transportation operations.</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>Previous industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or commercial spray-painting experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.</li><li>Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.</li><li>Experience using airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record, meeting all legal and company requirements.</li><li>Prior experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage routes and schedules.</li><li>Strong attention to detail for maintaining records and documentation.</li><li>Effective communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and team members.</li><li>Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance procedures.</li><li>Willingness to complete required training or certifications.</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li></ul>
