The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven record in maintenance of production and utility equipment in a manufacturing setup.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of all production and utility equipment.</li><li>Implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans.</li><li>Oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of machines.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Maintenance methods.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory using FIFO and Kanban systems.</li><li>Conduct calibration, thermography, and safety/maintenance audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, EHS, OHS, and ISMS documentation.</li><li>Report maintenance KPIs and ensure effective planning and communication.</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li>7&ndash;10 years of experience in plant maintenance (preferably in wire harness or PCB manufacturing).</li><li>Hands-on expertise in:</li><li>Crimping &amp; wire cutting machines</li><li>Epoxy potting machines</li><li>PLC programming &amp; troubleshooting</li><li>Chain and belt conveyors</li><li>Clean room and PCB-related equipment</li><li>Proficiency in MMS/SAP or other maintenance management systems.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering</li></ul>(EEE/E&amp;C preferred)Key Skills<ul><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Equipment traceability systems</li><li>MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, CATIA</li><li>Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, Lean Maintenance</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-Time</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
