Job Description<ul><li>Documenting financial transactions.</li><li>Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with the government regulations.</li><li>Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities.</li><li>Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions.</li><li>Creating, reviewing and presenting budgets</li><li>Recommending financial actions by analysing accounting options.</li></ul>Qualification and skills<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.</li><li>Strong financial analysis skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Office.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Accounts Assistant (Female)

<ul><li>Coordinate the distribution of both raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Developing and implementing strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiency.</li><li>Monitoring inventory levels and ordering additional supplies when necessary to ensure adequate supply of products to customers.</li><li>Coordinating with internal staff as well planning and supplier agents to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services through the supply chain.</li><li>Preparation of e-way bills.</li><li>Credit Note Issuance &amp; Stock return data maintenance</li><li>Stock reconciliation of depot on monthly basis.</li><li>Preparation of Invoice of Misc. material , Samples &amp; monitoring dispatches.</li><li>Periodically physical v/s system stock verification.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
