Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist</li><li>
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, and functional independence</li><li>
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team</li><li>
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and safe transitions home</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely documentation</li></ul>
