About the Role: Shaffer &amp; Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our Women&rsquo;s Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all products, processes, and production stages. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct quality checks at all stages of production for Women&rsquo;s Division products.</li><li>Monitor product specifications, measurements, stitching quality, fabric accuracy, and finishing.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company quality standards and SOPs.</li><li>Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare quality reports, daily inspections, and highlight any non-conformities.</li><li>Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to maintain product consistency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry quality norms.</li><li>Assist in improving quality control processes and implementing best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in garments/textiles).</li><li>Strong knowledge of stitching, fabric types, patterns, and garment finishing.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates may share their updated CV at careers@shaffer.store with the subject line: &ldquo;Application for Quality Assurance &ndash; Women&rsquo;s Division&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
