We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Supply Chain officer with a strong background in the restaurant and F&amp;B industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced dynamics of restaurant operations and can manage procurement end-to-end with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalismKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the restaurant, ensuring timely availability of all food, packaging, and operational supplies.</li><li>Forecast requirements and maintain optimal inventory par levels and reorder quantities across all outlets.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Implement strong inventory controls to minimize wastage, prevent stockouts, and support smooth operations.</li><li>Accurately calculate production yield, usage, and wastage to support cost management and menu planning.</li><li>Oversee periodic stock counts, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely reconciliation.</li><li>Track procurement costs, supplier trends, and key purchasing metrics, submitting periodic reports.</li><li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring competitive procurement practices.</li><li>Prepare and manage purchase orders as per company policies.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>UAE experience in restaurant/F&amp;B is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food items, packaging materials, vendors, and restaurant procurement processes.</li><li>Confident negotiator with excellent communication and vendor-management skills.</li><li>Skilled in inventory control, yield/wastage calculation, and data accuracy.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Inventory Management systems, and basic documentation.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Visa provided</li><li>Medical provided</li><li>Housing provided</li></ul>WhatsApp - 0544477880Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
