The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests in our vibrant setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members in a nightclub or catering environment.</li><li>Proficient in retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control.</li><li>Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with knowledge of mixology techniques.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with patrons.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.</li><li>Experience in the food industry is an advantage, particularly in high-volume settings.</li><li>A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.</li></ul>Join us as we elevate the nightlife experience through exceptional service and innovative cocktails!Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
