Job Summary
 The Senior Workday Payroll Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Workday Payroll System. The role is responsible for leading technical payroll support within Workday, driving configuration and enhancement initiatives, and ensuring the overall health and accuracy of payroll operations. The role will have responsibility for managing complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting support, and driving innovative solutions to enhance system functionality. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with stakeholders across various departments, serving as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday Payroll expertise, thrives in a collaborative environment, and excels at solving complex system issues in support of our growing business.
 
This is a Remote position.
 
Job Responsibilities and Duties
 Assume leadership of technical support efforts for Workday U.S. Payroll, specializing in resolving intricate issues and providing expert guidance to the payroll team.
 Take ownership of configuring and maintaining Workday U.S. Payroll and Time Tracking modules, ensuring precise and streamlined processing of payroll data with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
 Lead the testing and implementation of Workday U.S. Payroll updates, enhancements, and Workday releases.
 Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams including Compensation, Benefits, and Operations to elicit requirements, offer advanced technical solutions, and lead delivery of system enhancements.
 Organize and lead meetings with stakeholder group, contributing insights, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
 Write and maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and issue resolutions, ensuring comprehensive records are readily accessible.
 Exhibit effective communication skills when liaising with end-users, vendors, and team members, delivering articulate and succinct technical guidance.
 Provide dedicated support to the Controllership team’s SOX configurable controls within Workday U.S. Payroll, ensuring that these controls are appropriately designed and function effectively.
 
Related Experience
 Workday Payroll configuration experience required, 3+ years progressive
 Demonstrated technical experience in major system implementations and business process re-design initiatives
 Functional Payroll experience a - plus Compensation and Benefits experience, Restaurant industry experience preferred.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 Deep understanding of payroll operations and system configuration within Workday.
 Workday Payroll Certification or equivalent.
 Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws governing US payroll processes.
 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause resolution.
 Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
 
Ideal Candidate
 Previously owned the configuration of earnings and deduction calculations, managed pay results, and configured pay audits. The candidate should know how configure pay calculations, verify pay results and process payroll end to end.

The Senior Director, Information Security is Shake Shack’s senior enterprise security leader, accountable for protecting corporate systems, restaurant technology, and guest and employee data. Reporting to the VP Infrastructure and Operations, this role owns the company’s information security, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance programs, enabling business growth through trust, resilience, and strong governance.
 Core Responsibilities
 Security Strategy & Leadership
 Own enterprise security strategy, roadmap, and execution across cybersecurity, identity and access management, data protection, monitoring, and compliance.
 Serve as primary decision-maker for security risk prioritization, exceptions, and trade-offs impacting corporate and restaurant operations.
 Translate technical risk into clear, executive-level business impact.
 Regulatory, Compliance & Audit
 Executive lead for PCI DSS, SOX IT controls, privacy, and security governance.
 Ensure continuous audit readiness, remediation tracking, and policy enforcement.
 Security Operations & Incident Response
 Provide executive oversight of the SOC, incident response, and threat monitoring.
 Act as decision authority during high-severity incidents and lead post-incident reviews.

 Ensure secure, standardized infrastructure and cloud deployments.
 Third-Party & Vendor Risk

Job Summary
 The Development Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing the full pre-construction process for assigned new store development projects, from site handoff through construction start. This role is responsible for hands-on project coordination and execution, including developing and tracking schedules, managing project pacing, and supporting execution plans to help deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The Development Project Manager partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support project delivery, with an emphasis on landlord coordination, entitlements, permitting, and clear communication. This role operates with guidance from the Senior Manager, Development while owning day-to-day project details and follow-through.
 
Job Responsibilities and Duties
 
Manage assigned development projects from site handoff through construction start, supporting overall schedules, landlord deliverables, entitlements, and permitting activities.
 
Develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules for assigned projects, tracking timelines and key milestones in alignment with landlord delivery requirements and departmental priorities.
 
Monitor project progress and day-to-day tasks, proactively identifying risks or blockers and escalating issues to leade rship as needed to maintain schedule, budget, and quality targets.
 
Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and landlords under the guidance of senior development leadership.
 
Coordinate cross- functionally with real estate, design, permitting, pre-construction, and construction teams to support task resolution and ensure timely completion of project requirements.
 
Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and status reports for assigned projects; communicate risks, changes, and delays clearly to senior leadership.
 
Support entitlement and permitting activities for assigned sites, coordinating with consultants, municipalities, and internal partners to advance approvals.
 
Participate in regional pipeline meetings; track assigned action items and support follow-through.
 
Lead and support internal project kickoffs meetings and due diligence reviews for assigned projects, assisting with preparation, documentation, and next-step tracking.
 
Establish and monitor development budgets for assigned projects, flagging variances or concerns to leadership.
 
Attend project meetings and provide clear updates on schedules, risks, and outstanding actions for projects.
 
Conduct site visits as needed to support verification of landlord work progress and assist in coordinating resolution of deficiencies.
 
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and insights based on hands-on project execution experience.
 
Collaborate closely with the Permitting Manager and broader permitting team, supporting alignment and information flow for assigned projects.
 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
 
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
 
Strong understanding of end-to-end development processes, with expertise in entitlements and permitting.
 
Experience developing and executing project schedules, pacing, and project execution plans.
 
Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 
Ability to operate effectively with direction while managing day-to-day execution independently.
 
Proficiency in project tracking tools and scheduling software; Excel and Microsoft Office required .
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam preferred.
 
Domestic travel required .

Work Experienc e
 4-6 years of progressive experience in a real estate development, design project management, construction project management, or related field managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
