Position: Odoo Functional Consultant Location: On-site &ndash; Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi Job Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate JoiningJob Description:We are seeking a Certified Odoo Functional Consultant with 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective Odoo solutions aligned with business processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Odoo functional solutions</li><li>Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations, including configuration and deployment</li><li>Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing</li><li>Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and coordinate with technical teams</li><li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation</li><li>Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation</li><li>Support data migration, system integrations, and upgrades</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or a related field</li><li>Odoo Functional Certification (mandatory)</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Consultant</li><li>Strong knowledge of Odoo business workflows and best practices</li><li>Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community editions</li><li>Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)</li><li>Experience in multi-company and multi-location implementations</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Opportunity to work on complex and challenging Odoo project</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Odoo Functional Consultant: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
