Key Responsibilities:- Enter sales orders in the system and maintain accurate order overviews.- Update and monitor the pending details list in the order group.- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders that are not feasible and provide timely feedback.- Source and arrange vehicles from both market vendors and the in-house transport department.- Prepare LR (Lorry Receipt) copies for shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.- Collect and share container photos/videos from transporters/drivers with shippers and customers.- Maintain proper records of E-way bills, including extensions and compliance requirements.- Ensure timely gate-in of vehicles for planned vessel schedules.- Troubleshoot operational issues with shippers and transporters to ensure smooth loadings.- Monitor vehicle movement to ensure timely arrival at loading ports; escalate and report delays to concerned parties.- Remain available on calls and WhatsApp after working hours for urgent operational support.Skills &amp; Competencies:- Strong coordination and communication skills.- Problem-solving ability in logistics/transportation operations.- Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.- Ability to work under time-sensitive situations and handle multiple tasks.- Flexibility and availability for after-hours communication when required.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
