<div>Shalestone is hiring a hands‑on Secondary Containment Supervisor to lead daily installation, repair, and removal operations. This role owns crew safety, quality, and on‑site execution while serving as the primary customer contact.<ul><li> 
Essential Duties:&middot; Takes ownership of the safety and performance of the crew from shop-to-shop&middot; Ensures quality builds &ndash; duck ponds and on-site fabrication&middot; Properly prepares the crew for inclement weather and winter operations&middot; Operates and troubleshoots field equipment&middot; Identifies talent and develops more Supervisors&middot; Leads, on-site, critical operations&middot; Ensure equipment is operated safely and cared for, i.e., Leister Wedge, Uniroof, Triac ST Welders&middot; Ensure trailers are loaded and transported in compliance with DOT regulations&middot; Ensure company vehicles are operated safely and are cared for&middot; Provides team members with clear expectations and holds them accountable&middot; Identify talent or underperformance and communicate to operations management&middot; Effectively communicates asset repair, maintenance and performance issues&middot; Ensure team members clock in and out daily, accurately&middot; Supervise containment operations per Shalestone expectations and standard operating procedures&middot; Support projects locally and in outlying basins (travel required unless negotiated otherwise)&middot; Completes required forms in KPA and Samsara&middot; Prepares and plans for each shift and the needs of these shifts&middot; Conducts other duties and tasks assigned Non-Negotiables:&middot; Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening&middot; Valid driver's license and meets requirements to be insurable in company vehicle&middot; Willing to travel&middot; Proven experience supervising or managing a crew / multiple crews&middot; Provide multiple references from previous or current supervisors / managers</li></ul></div>
