 This position is responsible for facilitating the customer&rsquo;s experience at X Dubai&rsquo;s attraction or facility. this position will reflect X Dubai&rsquo;s brand in a face to face interaction with customers and guests.
 
 
 
 Note - This role will be at Edge Walk and will be based in Address Sky View Hotel Dubai Downtown.
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Daily opening and closing procedures of Edgewalk
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising the progress and experience of each assigned group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Usher the guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fitting harness and helmets correctly and supervising the use of all safety equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help and resolve customer complaints and questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate a high level of customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep all filing up to date for database - sales and members
 </li>
 <li>
 Servicing existing reservations of guests including upgrading, modifying and taking payments for existing reservations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Go the extra mile to engage customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Inform customer of deals and promotions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in the upkeep of the facility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist and collaborate with the team on events and projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous 3 years of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
