You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications while coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.</li><li>Execution: Manage day-to-day operational aspects of IT projects, including resource allocation and timeline tracking.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead and motivate technical teams to meet project milestones.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal departments.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Quality Control: Ensure all IT solutions meet company standards and client requirements before final delivery.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.</li><li>Skills: * Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project).</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Nizwa, Oman.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.</li><li>Previous experience working in the Oman market or the construction/engineering IT sector.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: RO3,800.000 per monthWork Location: In person
