Job Description: Principal Engineer - Civil and StructuralLocation: Thane (West)Experience: 14 Years in similar profile, preferred candidate from consulting industry.Qualification: BE Civil &amp; StructureJob Description:&middot; Calculations for structure design civil and PE buildings, manually and with software like STAAD, ETABS, RCDC.&middot; Quantity estimation for steel and masonry.&middot; Shall be able to prepare drawings and schedule documents for procurement and construction, experience in API and Pharma formulation plants will be advantage.&middot; Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, BOQ, and construction drawings.&middot; Structural stability analysis with software.&middot; Capability of review of 3D models in Revit, and Plant 3D.&middot; Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standardsTechnical Competencies:&middot; Knowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines &amp; Statutory Requirements&middot; Knowledge and understanding of International GMP Guidelines and regulatory requirements&middot; Basic understanding of the equipment and systems of API, Oral Dosage, Injectable and Biotech formulation facilityBehavioural Competencies:&middot; Follow Code of Ethics set by the company&middot; Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language.&middot; Shall have to travel &amp; visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.&middot; Seeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries&middot; Keeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary&middot; Lead and Mentor the team of skilled engineers and designers.&middot; Shall have ability to explain and convince client about the proposed design, problems, and solutions.Software Competencies:&middot; MS Word&middot; MS Excel&middot; Autocad&middot; Revit&middot; PDMS/Plant 3DJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per yearEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Pharma: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
