Job OverviewWe are a growing multi-brand restaurant and catering group looking for a Graphic Designer &amp; Content Creator with strong skills in design, photography, videography, and video editing.This is a field + desk role. You will be actively involved in creating visual content inside restaurants, kitchens, and operational environments &mdash; not just designing from a computer.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design creatives for:</li><li>Social media posts</li><li>Promotions, offers, menus, posters</li><li>Conduct food photography and in-store photoshoots</li><li>Shoot short-form videos for:</li><li>Instagram Reels</li><li>TikTok</li><li>Digital promotions</li><li>Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software</li><li>Music syncing, captions, transitions, basic motion</li><li>Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing direction</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and operations teams</li><li>Visit branches when required to capture content</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in Graphic Design</li><li>Comfortable using DSLR / mirrorless cameras</li><li>Strong working knowledge of:</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Photoshop &amp; Illustrator (or equivalents)</li><li>Understanding of social media formats, ratios, and trends</li><li>Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines</li><li>Portfolio of relevant work is mandatory</li></ul>Preferred (Not Mandatory):<ul><li>Experience in restaurant or food-related content</li><li>Experience creating Reels / TikToks for brands</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Hands-on and proactive</li><li>Detail-oriented with a creative eye</li><li>Able to take direction and execute consistently</li><li>Comfortable working in operational environments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD250.000 - KD400.000 per month

We are seeking an Employee Relations &amp; Performance Officer to support workforce discipline, performance management, and training initiatives across our restaurant operations. Employee Relations & Performance Officer

We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules</li><li>Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Verify delivery notes and supplier invoices against purchase orders</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation</li><li>Coordinate with Central Kitchen, branches, and inventory teams to support purchasing needs</li><li>Assist with basic purchasing reports and price comparisons</li><li>Escalate delays, discrepancies, or issues to management when required</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Comfortable using spreadsheets and email</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: KD200.000 - KD350.000 per month
