 As a Manager Continual Improvement, you will be responsible for developing, enforcing and evaluating food safety and quality policies to improve overall systems across the Company. You will also manage systems Certification &amp; Registration as per international guidelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Things you will be doing as a Manager Continual Improvement
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain Product Licensing &amp; Facility Registration through Federal &amp; Statutory Authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Scheduling of Internal &amp; External audits like QMS 9001, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HALAL and others
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Accreditation Compliance against ISO/IEC 17025
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Internal &amp; External communication with concerns regarding Quality &amp; Food Safety audit reports and other gap analysis reports for closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the Integrated Management System is implemented &amp; maintained
 </li>
 <li>
 Gauge the health of the System through yearly review of Risk / Vulnerability &amp; Threat Assessment, HACCP, Traceability with QA &amp; FS team
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a centralized system for Document data control
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate periodic assessments to Top Management on the effectiveness of Systems &amp; Compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Selection of competent team members for Food Safety with continual upgradation of obligatory standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Halal Supply chain through verification of Source &amp; Ingredients via applicable authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Product Registration through Halal CB
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve &amp; Sustain Quality &amp; Food Safety Culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively execute the Management of Change protocol of any new or change in Infrastructure, Plant/Machinery, process flow, or practices etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to the HSE team through Hazards &amp; PI identification, along with the mitigation plan of the respective area
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with peers and heads of units (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR &amp; Administration)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What are we looking for in you?

 MSC in Food Science or Chemistry / Food or Chemical Engineer
 </li>
 <li>
 6-8 years of experience in a system and compliance role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command over food safety &amp; hygiene standards with auditing and training skills
 </li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Stakeholder management

 Join a fast paced production environment where you&rsquo;ll operate and maintain advanced packing and processing machines. You&rsquo;ll ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our production and utility equipment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems in an industrial environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Things you will be doing as Maintenance Technician
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in production lines
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting of Machine breakdowns .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety and quality standards (5S, GMP, ISO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure availability of critical spare parts and assist in inventory management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What are we looking for in you?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in FMCG, Food, Packaging, or Manufacturing industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of PLC-based systems, sensors, drives, and automation equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of safety practices, lockout-tagout, and preventive maintenance schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have a DAE Mechanical, Electrical, or Equivalent Degree from a reputed organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge and expertise of MS Word and Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Machine Operation
