Overview Loan Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationship with corporate and business clientele. The role involves study market trends and prospects, to conduct business research and analysis. Cultivating business opportunities. Responsible for maintenance of all existing accounts in the team&rsquo;s portfolio. Supervising and training Loan Officer/RM team members.Responsibilities&middot; Cultivating new business opportunities.- Calling on new and existing customers to maintaining customer relationship.- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing customer and potential client&middot; Developing marketing plan.- Identify client&rsquo;s financial needs and recommend appropriate product and services, such as Loans, Credit lines, Deposits and Treasury solution. Structure the loans and credit facilities to align with credit appetite of the bank and the client&rsquo;s requirement.&middot; Review appraisal reports and environmental reports and engineering site visit report on properties securing our credit facilities&middot; Check completeness of loan documentation for loan closing. Report any exceptions noted&middot; Provide strong leadership &amp; supervision to Loan Officer &amp; RM with regard to making sound credit risk decisions, preparing credit proposals and in attaining loan growth budgets.&middot; Supervising and training Loan Officer/RM team members.&middot; Setting performance goals for team members.&middot; Evaluating team members&rsquo; performance.&middot; Responsible for the compliance of Bank&rsquo;s credit policies and banking regulations.&middot; Participating in special projects and assignments as requested.Following compliance of the Bank&rsquo;s risk management policiesQualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in loan officer roles within the Commercial Real Estate Lending or Commercial banking industry.</li><li>Familiarity with CRE loan origination procedures, escrow processes, and credit analysis techniques.</li><li>Excellent understanding of CRE loan documentations, and banking regulations related to lending.</li><li>Proficiency in basic math skills including 10-key typing for data entry and calculations.</li><li>Ability to analyze financial documents accurately while adhering to regulatory standards.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in processing complex loan files efficiently.</li><li>Strong Communication skills and Interpersonal skills</li><li>&middot;Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in banking, with a focus on Loan generation and Credit or 7 to 10 years of related experience and/or training</li><li>Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred</li></ul>Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>CRE or Commercial Lending: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Cantonese or mandarin (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
