Position OverviewThe Hybrid High School Physics Teacher for Class 10 Physics will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences through both in-person and online teaching modes. The teacher will ensure conceptual clarity, academic excellence, and strong student engagement while managing digital tools and classroom responsibilities effectively.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Teaching &amp; Learning<ul><li>Deliver Physics lessons for Class 10 in a hybrid format (physical classroom + virtual classes).</li><li>Plan and execute well-structured lesson plans aligned with the board syllabus.</li><li>Use digital tools, simulations, presentations, and online platforms to enhance learning outcomes.</li><li>Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and revision classes as required.</li></ul>B. Assessment &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, tests, practical assessments, and examinations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student performance and share feedback with students and parents.</li><li>Support students in preparation for board exams through targeted practice and concept reinforcement.</li></ul>C. Classroom &amp; Student Management<ul><li>Monitor student attendance, participation, and discipline in both offline and online environments.</li><li>Create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages questioning and critical thinking.</li><li>Identify slow/advanced learners and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.</li></ul>D. Technology &amp; Digital Competency<ul><li>Use Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital classrooms, and assessment tools effectively.</li><li>Maintain updated online resources, lesson recordings, and study materials for student access.</li><li>Ensure smooth technical coordination during hybrid classes.</li></ul>E. Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with the school management, academic coordinators, and other faculty members.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and academic needs.</li><li>Participate in school events, training programs, professional development workshops, and academic meetings.</li></ul>3. Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Physics / Physical Science (B.Sc. / B.Sc. Ed).</li><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Physics (preferred).</li><li>B.Ed. mandatory.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of teaching experience in Physics for Class 9/10.</li><li>Experience in hybrid/online teaching preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong subject knowledge and clarity in explaining scientific concepts.</li><li>Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (Google Classroom, MS Teams, smart boards, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Ability to engage and motivate students in both online and offline settings.</li></ul>4. Work Schedule &amp; Expectations<ul><li>Ability to handle both in-campus and scheduled online sessions.</li><li>Flexibility to conduct extra classes during examination periods.</li><li>Commitment to academic excellence, punctuality, and professional ethics.</li></ul>5.
