Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveDepartment: Procurement / PurchaseReporting To: Purchase Manager / Senior ManagerJob Summary:The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for company operations. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance while maintaining strong vendor relationships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.</li><li>Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement.</li><li>Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Stores, etc.) for material requirements and stock planning.</li><li>Ensure that all materials meet company quality standards before approval.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.</li><li>Prepare purchase reports and track budget utilization.</li><li>Assist in vendor audits, supplier evaluation, and maintaining approved vendor lists.</li><li>Handle import or logistics coordination if required.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management</li><li>Good understanding of inventory control and material management</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP / Tally / etc.)</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving ability</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,405.29 - &#8377;38,923.98 per monthWork Location: In person
