Preference will be given to Ex-Service Doctors /Retired Doctors/Ex-Army/Defence personnelKey ResponsibilitiesHospital Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Oversee all medical and administrative operations of the hospital</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of clinical departments and .Maintain discipline and clinical accountability among faculty, doctors, and support staff.</li></ul>Clinical Oversight<ul><li>Monitor patient care standards, emergency services, and OPD/IPD efficiency.</li><li>Supervise infection control, medical audits, and clinical outcomes reporting.</li><li>Liaison with departments for adequate staffing, case load, and teaching hospital benchmarks.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Adhere to and oversee regulatory compliance ( NABH/NABL, Biomedical Waste, Fire Safety)</li><li>Implement hospital SOPs and support quality improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants, residents, nurses, and paramedics.</li><li>Promote a culture of discipline, ethics, safety, and compassion.</li><li>Conduct regular review meetings with clinical departments.</li></ul>Eligibility CriteriaQualification<ul><li>MBBS/ MD/MS in any discipline (Preferably Clinical)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of total experience in clinical/Hospital services</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
