We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all major social platforms. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.</li><li>Create engaging, on-brand content (text, image, and video) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>Plan and oversee social media calendars and campaigns, including paid advertising initiatives.</li><li>Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).</li><li>Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency.</li><li>Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Manage influencer partnerships and social collaborations.</li><li>Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer to schedule and track posts.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.</li><li>Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and content formats.</li><li>Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).</li><li>Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.</li><li>Creativity and a strong eye for design and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Passion for digital trends, pop culture, and online communities.</li><li>Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns.</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

In order to provide high-quality property leads on various platforms, the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing (PPC) will oversee performance-driven digital advertising campaigns. To ensure optimal return on investment and steady lead flow for the sales team, the position entails planning, implementing, and refining PPC campaigns for both residential and commercial projects.Principal Responsibility:1. PPC Campaign Planning and ImplementationCreate, carry out, and oversee PPC campaigns on YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other pertinent channels.Create campaigns for ongoing projects, remarketing efforts, and the launch of new properties.Target real estate-specific search intents with keyword research (e.g., &quot;flats for sale in [location]&quot;).Make enticing landing pages, creatives, and ad copy that are in line with the project's USPs and target audience groups.2. Lead Generation &amp; OptimizationOptimize campaigns for lead quality and cost-efficiency (CPL/CPA).Track budgets daily to ensure consistent lead delivery.Implement A/B tests on ad creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to get optimal conversion rates.Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to track lead quality and conversion outcomes.3. Analytics &amp; ReportingAnalyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and in-house CRM dashboards.Monitor key metrics: impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPL, and ROI.Recommend strategy changes where and if needed.Required Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing.
