Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cutting &amp; Tailoring Teacher to provide hands-on vocational training to trainees under skill development programs. The instructor will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical knowledge in garment cutting, stitching, and finishing techniques, ensuring trainees achieve employable skills or are ready for self-employment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct practical and theory classes in Cutting &amp; Tailoring as per approved curriculum.</li><li>Train students in pattern making, fabric cutting, stitching, fitting, and finishing.</li><li>Demonstrate use of sewing machines (manual &amp; electric) and tailoring tools.</li><li>Guide trainees in making garments such as salwar suits, blouses, kurtis, trousers, and basic designer wear.</li><li>Maintain training records, attendance, and trainee progress reports.</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and machines.</li><li>Prepare trainees for assessments, certification, and self-employment opportunities.</li><li>Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the training lab.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Certificate/Diploma in Cutting &amp; Tailoring / Fashion Designing / Garment Technology.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of hands-on tailoring and teaching experience.</li><li>Experience in skill development programs (PMKVY / CSR / NGO projects) will be preferred.</li><li>Good communication and demonstration skills.</li><li>Ability to train women, youth, and SHG/JLG participants.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of garment construction &amp; measurements.</li><li>Pattern drafting and fabric handling skills.</li><li>Patience, mentoring ability, and trainee-focused teaching approach.</li><li>Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,652.65 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Description:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Electrician Trainer to deliver skill-based training under government/CSR-funded skill development programs. The trainer will be responsible for imparting both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical training as per NSQF standards, ensuring trainees are job-ready and industry-compliant.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver classroom and practical training for the Assistant Electrician course</li><li>Follow NSQF-aligned curriculum and training modules</li><li>Demonstrate electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety practices</li><li>Ensure adherence to electrical safety norms and tools handling</li><li>Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment documentation</li><li>Prepare trainees for assessments, certification, and employment</li><li>Coordinate with project coordinators and sector skill councils</li><li>Participate in monitoring, audits, and inspections when required</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrician Trade (Mandatory)</li><li>Certified Trainer (ToT/ToA preferred)</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of industry or training experience</li><li>Sound knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, motors, and safety standards</li><li>Good communication and trainee-handling skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
