 &bull; Engaging in negotiations to get the greatest deal with a new supplier
 
 
 &bull; Draft contracts for the new suppliers.
 
 
 &bull; Creation of the new Products
 
 
 &bull; Calculating the New Stock Forecast
 
 
 &bull; Creating Purchase Order
 
 
 &bull; Keep track of the supplier's stock availability and create POs depending on our stock requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Market survey Daily to control the prices vs other competitors
 
 
 &bull; Book Rebates, monthly branding, additional support (CN), and back margin
 
 
 &bull; Price List update
 
 
 &bull; Promotion for event campaign
 
 
 &bull; Creating a Weekly Catalog
 
 
 &bull; Keep track of margin loss and vendor compensation.
 
 
 &bull; Handle ageing stock levels by moving stock to a different area, asking the supplier for additional support to clear it off, creating a special offer, or Give the supplier back the stock.
 
 
 &bull; Work with the supplier to arrange display units and promoter availability.
 
 
 &bull; Work with the finance and inventory teams to resolve invoice concerns.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Having min. 5 years of purchasing experience in Retail
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and influencing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to coordinate cross functional projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Result oriented / problem solver
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective planning &amp; organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn quickly; to have dynamic &amp; positive personality, to be proactive
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Telecom sector is an asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in international environment will be an asset
 </li>
