Ross Peak Grill is a bustling restaurant located at Bozeman Airport, serving up delicious Montana homestyle cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We take pride in offering travelers and locals alike a warm welcome and a taste of authentic Montana hospitality.
We are currently seeking to hire:
One full-time barista for a 4 AM-12 PM shift, Thursday-Monday. No previous experience? No problem!
We'll provide all the training you need to become a coffee connoisseur.<ul><li>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet customers in a welcoming and warm manner.</li><li>
Take drink orders and answer questions about the menu.</li><li>
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.</li><li>
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.</li><li>
Handle cash, credit card payments, and electronic transactions with integrity and accuracy.</li><li>
Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.</li><li>
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.</li><li>
Monitor and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, and lids, as needed.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
