Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our members, managing the front desk operations, and handling invoicing and payment processing.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reception Duties:</li><li>Greet and welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals.</li><li>Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.</li><li>Assist members with general inquiries, such as printing, scanning, and mail services.</li><li>Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.</li><li>Invoice Processing:</li><li>Generate accurate and timely invoices for members' usage of coworking space and services.</li><li>Process payments and reconcile accounts.</li><li>Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.</li><li>Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Positive attitude and a team player mentality.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).</li><li>Knowledge of invoicing and payment processing procedures.</li><li>Some usage of social media platforms will be a plus!</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li></ul>If you are a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you handled a reception in an office with over 100 staff?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dubai: 1 year (Required)</li><li>receptionist: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
