Shared Imaging is currently looking to hire a Full Time Imaging Technologist Aide in San Francisco, CA!
Work Schedule:<ul><li>
3, 12-hour shifts per week
</li><li>Coverage is needed in the following locations:<ul><li>
San Francisco</li><li>
San Rafael</li><li>
Vallejo</li></ul></li><li>
Rotating weekends</li></ul>
The ideal candidate must possess:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
CPR/BLS Certification (via American Heart Association) required</li><li>
Certified Medical Assistant preferred</li><li>
Medical terminology, anatomy and physiology understanding preferred</li><li>
Patient care experience strongly preferred
</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to multi-task</li><li>
Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding patient care</li><li>
Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>
Travel may be required, travel allowance is offered</li></ul>
Duties and Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Greeting and directing patients</li><li>
Confirming and registering patients</li><li>
Verifying all necessary information is available for the test</li><li>

Ability to walk to and from hospital and trailer as needed
</li><li>Assist patients in and out of the trailer</li><li>
Ability to push wheelchairs, gurneys and stretchers
</li><li>Assist technologist with positioning patient and assisting them on and off the scanning table
</li><li>Assist in setting up MRI or PET/CT scanning rooms</li><li>
Stocking and maintaining patient dressing rooms, scan rooms and control areas</li><li>
Ordering supplies</li><li>
Other responsibilities as directed</li></ul>

The hourly range for this role is $23/hr. to $25/hr., with daily guaranteed overtime (3-12 hour shifts) however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
