A Land Surveyor for tower and villa projects conducts precise site measurements, establishes property boundaries, and provides critical setting-out points for construction using GPS and total stations. They are responsible for vertical alignment of structures, as-built surveys, volume calculations, and ensuring conformity with architectural plans and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Site Surveying &amp; Layout: Perform initial site surveys, establish control points, and mark excavation boundaries, foundation locations, and building corners for both tower (vertical) and villa (horizontal) projects.</li><li>Construction Monitoring: Ensure precise verticality of towers, check floor levels (screed levels), and verify location of columns and walls throughout construction.</li><li>Infrastructure &amp; Utilities: Set out lines for roads, sewage, and cable networks associated with villa projects.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Recording: Use AutoCAD to analyze survey data, prepare maps, and maintain accurate as-built records for client/consultant approval.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain survey instruments like Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and levels to ensure accuracy.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in high-rise and residential construction projects.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in surveying software, AutoCAD, and hardware (Total Station, GPS).</li><li>Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering.</li><li>Communication: Ability to liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients.</li><li>Compliance: Strict adherence to safety (QA/QC) procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have the ability to read the AutoCad drawing?</li><li>Do you have a strong knowledge in excel in order to prepare the drawings ?</li><li>How many days your notice period?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>land surveyor : 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>towers and villa projects: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
