Job Title: ASM &ndash; FMCG Distribution Location: Karachi Experience Required: 3&ndash;7 years Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities&middot; Have a thorough knowledge of all sales routes and direct responsibility over all Distribution Representatives (DRs) in the territory.&middot; Conduct daily market visits following the DRs&rsquo; beat plans to evaluate:1. Coverage performance2. Brand availability in the market3. D&amp;D stocks collection4. Retailer feedback5. DR productivity6. On-hand stock tracking7. Quarterly updates of customer lists8. Load factor9. Execution of cycle activities10. Usage of RCS8 for generating computer-based bills at all outlets11. Monitor daily stock issuance to DRs according to beat potential and sales targets12. Perform daily performance reviews against targets using FFIS; implement corrective planning as needed&middot; Ensure Field Sales Officers (FSOs) visit the assigned outlets daily&middot; Ensure unique and active handler targets are met&middot; Regularly appraise DR performance and recommend training or restructuring as necessary&middot; Identify and activate new outlets for direct distribution&middot; Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and retailers&middot; Closely monitor and report competitor activity&middot; Submit a detailed daily market activity report&middot; Maintain comprehensive documentation including:1. Outlet visits and order reports by SKU2. Productivity reports3. DR beat maps and territory alignment4. Sales targets vs. actuals5.
