Role OverviewThe Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel requirements, including domestic and international ticketing, itinerary planning and handling client meetings. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and in-depth knowledge of GDS platforms and corporate travel processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage domestic and international air ticketing for corporate clients.</li><li>Use GDS systems Galileo for fare search, booking, reissuance, and cancellations.</li><li>Provide best fare options, ensure cost-effective bookings, and follow corporate travel policies.</li><li>Arrange hotel bookings, ground transportation, and travel insurance as required.</li><li>Present travel solutions, fare updates, and travel guidelines during client visits.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations and ticketing (GDS expertise mandatory).</li><li>Excellent communication and client-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and manage urgent travel requests.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have prior working experience in Galileo.</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
