Provide position-specific coaching during practices and competitions, focusing on technical skill development, fundamentals, and execution.</li><li>
Assist in developing and implementing offensive/defensive/special teams game plans, including opponent scouting and breakdown of game film.</li><li>
Evaluate student-athlete performance and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.</li><li>
Design and execute practice plans that align with program goals and weekly competition objectives.</li><li>
Mentor student-athletes in athletic performance, leadership, accountability, and personal development both on and off the field.</li></ul></li><li>
Recruiting &amp; Student-Athlete Support<ul><li>
Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective student-athletes who meet NCAA Division II academic and athletic standards.</li><li>
Maintain recruiting territories and relationships with high school coaches, prospects, and families.</li><li>
Coordinate campus visits and manage recruiting communication and databases.</li><li>
Monitor academic progress and support student-athlete success through collaboration with academic services.</li><li>
Educate and guide student-athletes on expectations related to academics, conduct, and eligibility.</li></ul></li><li>
Compliance, Operations, &amp; Program Administration<ul><li>
Ensure compliance with all NCAA Division II, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.</li><li>
Assist with program operations including travel coordination, equipment management, and scheduling.</li><li>

Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with athletic staff (compliance, athletic training, strength &amp; conditioning).</li><li>
